Palace of Chance won't pay random jackpot

Hi, I am new to this. I just want people to know that I was given a $ 100 free no deposit chip from Palace of Chance Casino. I am a depositor there. I hit a random jackpot playing Mystic Dragon for over $5300. I contacted the casino to try to find out how to collect. I was told that my winnings would be withdrawn from me by the casino because I did not deposit before playing with the free chip. I was also told to make a deposit right then and there and then they would give me a bonus chip along with my deposit and maybe I would still be lucky. The free chip was sent to me by email to use as a depositing player. I did not know that this casino was on a blacklisted list, nor did i know it was considered a rouge casino. I have since found out and I will not be depositing there any more or at any of the other rouge casinos that are mentioned. Thanks for listening.

I hope other members will post their experience about these lowlife clipjoints part of the virtual casino group - a total scam - that issue free chips to attract players to deposit and never pay your winnings knowingly. They have a team watching players that win, throw in a free bonus with unrealistic wager requirements and all is down the gutter with these thieves.

I feel bad for you my friend. I hope I can make a deal and get a free chip offer from a good casino next week.

I too had a bad experience with Palace Of Chance about a year ago. I played on a free $40
no-deposit chip & had the best luck... I tried to cash out at $3800.00 just a few hours later & was told my winnings wouldn't be paid because my son had an account when he was still living at my house, not knowing this would be a problem, were both adults, & have different accounts, he had not even played there in over a year. After trying to get them to explain this to me it got to the point where live chat would just disconnect. After about an hour I disconnected from the casino because I was told I could speak to the GM, he would be there in a couple of hours to sign back in & go back to live chat. Well when I tried to sign back in I was locked out of my account & have been locked out ever since...What can you do??? If you play at casinos from the virtula casino group you will run into problems. I got the same problem as trooper, it's just that my deposit was not worth for cash out. I planned it to grow then as what trooper just stated,"They have made every excuse not to pay,and are making up lies to stop me from getting it." tsk. Lucky for me I didn't made it above $7k.
